Living on the Gold Coast, he has no problems picking up, but hasn't found that perfect girl. Super sporty, Zane played rugby league at a top level for years before giving up in 2022 after it became too demanding. He is a qualified plumber who works in civil construction and is studying to be a personal trainer, which is not surprising if you look at his biceps.

Zane entered the villa on Day 1, where he was coupled up with by Mimi. On Day 3, Zane was left single and vulnerable after Mimi chose to re-couple with Dylan. However Zane was then re-coupled with by Xanthe. For the first re-coupling on Day 5, Zane chose to remain loyal to Xanthe. Late into Day 6, Zane was chosen to be coupled with by "Love Island God"; Sydney, thus leaving Xanthe single. However on Day 7, Zane was able to get back together with Xanthe after Sydney chose to remain single. At the second re-coupling on Day 8, Zane was able to remain coupled with Xanthe. On Day 10, Zane was chosen to be re-coupled with by bombshell: Kaylah, thus leaving Xanthe single. On Day 15, as part of the "Hotel Amor" twist Zane was re-coupled with Sophie by the "Superfans" and sent into a private hotel room. Later on Day 16, Zane chose to re-couple with Kaylah for the fourth re-coupling. On Day 19, Zane was chosen to be re-coupled with by bombshell; Jade. On Day 21, an anonymous islander vote was held between the couples for the couple they thought was least likely to find love and it was later revealed that both Zane and Jade had received the most votes from their fellow islanders and were as such dumped together in 7th place.
