Wes entered the villa on Day 1, where he coupled up with Laura Anderson, with whom he was coupled with till Day 26, where he entered Casa De Amour. However Wes didn't meet with anyone and decided to stay loyal to Laura in the hopes of re-coupling with Megan. On Day 30, he returned to the main villa having remained loyal and as Laura re-coupled with Jack Fowler, he was made single. On Day 33, he had to choose one of the bottom six islanders of a public vote to re-couple with. He chose to re-couple with Megan. This coupling lasted till Day 59, where the pair came out in 4th Place together. |

Post Love Island[]
Wes moved in together with then partner; Megan in flat in Camden. He managed to keep a strong relationship with her up until December, when Megan began to get cautious over Wes' new role as a participant on Dancing on Ice in 2019. During his stint on Dancing on Ice, Wes became close with his professional dancer; Vanessa which only made Megan more jealous.
In February, Wes alongside Megan officially announced they were breaking up via social media. After his breakup, it was rumoured that Wes had a secret fling with his dance-partner Vanessa during the filming of DOI, thanks to a source from the production team. However Wes soon backed out of a romantic relationship with Vanessa, as he wasn't ready for a relationship.
After his appearance on Love Island, Wes appeared in several morning breakfast shows like This Morning and Loose Women. He also appeared in various quiz shows towards the end of 2018, as well as an appearance on 9 out of 10 cats in 2019. In early 2019, Wes was a participant on the 2019 season of Dancing On Ice, where he was partnered with professional Ice-dancer; Vanessa. On March 10th,2019 Wes, alongside Vanessa managed to finish as the runners-up to former strictly-pro; James Jordan.
In September 2019, it was announced that Wes would take part in the first season of X Factor: Celebrity as a part of a group, alongside fellow islanders; Eyal, Samira and Zara M. In October it was revealed that he and the group had made the live-shows. On November 9th,2019 Wes and the group were eliminated, after a sing-off with latin girl-group; V5, therefore finishing in 8th Place.Media[]
