In this challenge, the islanders are divided into 2 teams; the Red and Blue teams and have to take part in a number of challenges themed around various sporting activities. The first round of the competition has one member from each team take part in a space-hopper race, with the hopper that completes the race first winning for their team. This would be done in a number of heats, with a point up for grabs with each one. The second round is an egg and spoon race, with a member from each team being tasked with carrying an egg in their teams colours on a spoon.
They must carry the egg and be careful not to drop it, while completing the lap. The racer to complete each lap would score a point for their team. The third round features the members of each team having to line-up in front of each other and use nothing but their mouths and chests to carry a set of water balloons to the end of the chain, where the last member of the team would drop it into a barrel. For the final round of the challenge, a member from each team would have to take part in a float race, with the first team to complete each race getting a point. In the end, the team that had the highest total amount of points would be declared the winners.
