Aromolaran said his family call the show his version of a dating app as he met his previous girlfriend, fellow star Chloe Burrows, during season seven.

Though, having been coupled up with two others before her, the footballer gained a slight reputation before settling down with Burrows. The pair called it quits just over a year after their season ended.

Aromolaran, 24, said: “I don’t know how (Chloe) would take it. We will always have love for each other and I think she would wish me the best of luck, as I would certainly do the same.

"I'm single and Love Island worked for me the first time. I had a good relationship and fell in love.

"If I'm single and Love Island is an opportunity for me, how could you turn down the chance to find love again?!"^[1]

Toby entered the villa on Day 1, where as part of a twist "Public vote" coupling he was coupled up with Georgia S. At Day 4's first re-coupling, Toby was able to remain coupled with Georgia S. For the second re-coupling on Day 11, Toby decided to re-couple with Arabella. During the third re-coupling on Day 18, Toby made the decision to get back together with Georgia S. At Day 23's fourth re-coupling, Toby made the decision to remain coupled with Georgia S. At the finale on Day 37, both Toby and Georgia S were revealed to have finished in 4th place together.

Toby entered the villa on Day 1, where he was chosen to be coupled with by Cely. For the first re-coupling on Day 5, Toby chose to remain loyal to Cely. However later on Day 6, both Toby and Cely found themselves in the bottom 3 couples after losing out in the "Madix Mountain" game. Here Toby was able to survive, but was instead re-coupled with bombshell; Georgia. Later on Day 9, both Toby and Georgia were chosen to be a replacement couple for Jess and Johnny in the second duel, but as the pair then went on to lose the duel, it meant they were dumped from the villa together in 15th place.

Semi-pro footballer Toby has been single for all 22 years of his life, so where better to play the field than in our sun-soaked villa?

This Essex lad has been playing football since the age of six and can currently be found scoring big for social media-focused team Hashtag United FC.

Obviously Toby’s good on his feet, but any girl who wants to date him will need to be too! “That’s a dealbreaker for me. I don’t have a foot fetish but I appreciate nice feet! I think you can judge someone by their feet,” he says.

However, he mostly wants a girl he can kick back and relax with, saying: “I’m looking for someone to do nothing with. I want to be at home and do nothing with someone.” Do nothing all day with a fit lad? Sounds like our dream!

But if any competition comes Toby’s way in the villa, he’ll definitely be fighting his corner. “I’ve been competing my whole life. I’m a winner, I don’t like losing,” he says.

What does his dream date look like? On a yacht at the Monaco Grand Prix - ideally with Madison Beer, of course.

While we can’t promise a yacht, we can promise some gorgeous girls and hopefully a romantic connection for this single sportsman. “If Love Island can’t find me a relationship then no one can. It’s the last straw!”, he says. We’ll do our best, Toby!^[2]

At Day 14's second re-coupling, Toby decided to re-couple with Chloe. At the third re-coupling on Day 19, Toby chose to stay coupled with Chloe. Toby at Day 25's fourth re-coupling, decided to re-couple with new girl; Abigail. For the post Casa Amor "Stick or twist" re-coupling on Day 32, Toby decided to re-couple with new girl; Mary.
