Stick or Twist was the fifth challenge from the sixth season of Love Island USA, airing June 25th,2024.

Introduction[]
For this challenge, each member of a couple was placed on one side of a wall and once the green light flashed they would need to start dancing. When the light flashed to amber, they would need to make a decision: either stick with their partner by continuing to dance or twist by moving off of the dance floor. When the red light flashes on, that would be when the decisions are revealed, with the wall sliding up.
Either side of the dance floor, there are two benches; one for those who chose to twist on the right and one for those who chose to stick on the left.
