Stephanie entered the villa on Day 43, alongside fellow newbies Laura C, Josh M and Paul. On Day 47, as the last girl waiting to be coupled up, she was forced to couple with Josh M, with whom she stayed with till Day 50, where she alongside Josh were dumped from the island finishing in 7th Place.
Stephanie didn't come out of the villa with a relationship as she and Josh M weren't sharing a romantic relationship. As of this moment, it hasn't been reported whether or not Stephanie is dating anyone else.
After her stint on Love Island, Stephanie went back to modelling various swimwear and clothing lines for various brands. In February 2019, it was revealed that Stephanie had decided to move in together with fellow Love Island 2018 stars; Ellie B & Kendall.
