Splash and Label was the third challenge from the fourth season of Love Island Sverige, airing February 17th,2025.

Introduction[]
In this challenge each of the girls dress up as businesswoman and compete in a management-themed course. To start the course, the boss-girl has to burst through a set of doors, before pulling a sexy pose. After this they would need to head to the office desk and read out a label that they'd then have to assign to one of the boys. After this they'd give their reasons before throwing a cup of coffee over them.
Finally the boss-girl would select a boy they'd like to give a stamp of quality to, pinning their image to the board and then giving them a snog. At the end of the challenge, the boys would determine the winner based off of who they thought pulled off the sexiest performance.
