Spit the Roast is the fifth challenge from the seventh season of Love Island, airing July 12th,2021.

Introduction[]
In this challenge, each of the couples were tasked with carrying the contents of a full roast-dinner from one side of the challenge area to the other For the first part of this challenge the boys needed to toss slices of chicken towards their partner, who would have to catch it using only their chests, before dispensing it on their couple's plate. After this, the boy would need to transfer the rest of the dinner across through only the use of their mouth, passing the contents from their mouth to their partner', before they then dispense it onto the plate.
The winners of the challenge would be determined by which couple had managed to put together the most presentable roast-dinner on their plate.
