Spill the Tea was the first challenge from the sixth season of Love Island, airing January 13th,2020.

Introduction[]
In this challenge the boys and girls are pitted against each other, where each member of the team takes a turn to get dunked into a giant tea-cup. Once dunked, they have to find and retrieve a tea-bag that contains a statement correlating to one of the islanders.
The dunkee would then need to kiss the islander of the opposite sex they thought the statement was about. Once they'd done so, they would need to tear off the cover at the bottom of the tea-bag, to reveal the answer. If they got it right they scored a point for their team. The team with the most points at the end won. The boys went first, with the girls going second.
