Season 8 is the eighth season from the Polish version of Love Island, hosted by Karolina Gilon and premiering September 4th,2023 on TV4.

Production

The eighth season was confirmed to be in production on April 11th,2023 upon the opening of the season's applications.

Later on August 7th,2023 it was confirmed that the eighth season would be premiering September 4th,2023. At the same time it was also revealed by host; Karolina that there would be a raft of changes coming into play for the new season.

Casting

Applications for the new season were opened on April 11th,2023 with producers once again looking for young and attractive boys and girls between the ages of 21 and 35 to take part. For this season, potential islanders would either be able to fill out the show's application form through their official website or would be able to send the producers a message through the show's official social media accounts. Applications would later close at the end of July,2023.

Villa

In an interview with Karolina Gilon on August 7th,2023 it was revealed that for this season, the show would be moving to a new villa that like the previous villa would also be located in Spain. As of September,2023 it's currently unknown where the villa is specifically located.

Islanders

The initial line-up of islanders for the season, were each announced in pairs of two each day from August 30th,2023 up until September 3rd just a day before the premiere of the season. The initial cast was comprised of 5 boys and 5 girls, with further islanders then entering as bombshells later.
