Season 2 (Poland)

Season 2 is the second season of Poland's Love Island, hosted by Karolina Gilon and premiering August 31st,2020 on Polsat.

Production[]

The second season of the show was confirmed on October 19th 2019, when auditions for the second season were advertised on their official Instagram page. Later in June 2020, it was revealed that Karolina would be returning as host for the second season of the show, encouraging potential islanders to audition.

On August 10th,2020 it was confirmed that the season would be premiering on August 31st,2020 on Polsat.

Casting[]

Auditions for the second season of the show, opened a week after the first season came to an end on October 13th,2019. The producers were once again looking for young and attractive single boys and girls to take part and audition for the show. To accomplish this, the producers made use of the show's official social media accounts, to advertise this opportunity to their followers. This involved using previous islanders as well as clip packages from the previous season.

Auditions later closed in July 2020, just a month before the season was due to air on August 31st.

The first teasers for the initial cast were released from August 26th-27th via their social media accounts, before the initial line-up; comprising of 5 boys and 5 girls. More islanders entered the villa later in the season, as bombshells.
