She also considered applying for the current season even before filming began. Eventually, she was encouraged to apply, and now she feels very positive and open about her Love Island experience. Sallamari entered the villa late into Day 33, as a bombshell. There she was told that she'd be able to choose a boy to couple up with and as such she chose to couple up with Eemil. During the eighth re-coupling on Day 35, Sallamari chose to re-couple with Miro. On Day 38, both Sallamari and Miro found themselves in the bottom 2 boys and girls of a public vote, but as their fellow islanders chose to save Mikaela & Jussa as a couple, it meant that Sallamari and Miro were dumped together, therefore finishing in 7th place.
