Patrick Fabian comes from Berlin, where he was also part of the cast of "Berlin - Day and Night" for four years. Afterwards, the fitness influencer tried his luck in casting shows such as "Popstars" and "Deutschland sucht den Superstar".
In 2017, he portrayed a pool boy in the film "High Society". Just a few months ago, he was looking for a new love in the VOX show "Heart on Board" - unsuccessfully.

Patrick entered the villa late into Day 5, as a bombshell. During that evening's first re-coupling, Patrick was chosen to be re-coupled with by Chiara. For the second re-coupling on Day 7, Patrick chose to remain coupled with Chiara. At Day 10's final re-coupling, Patrick was able to remain coupled with Chiara. At Day 13's finale, both Patrick and Chiara received the most votes from the ex-islanders and as such were crowned the winners of the season.
