On Day 1, a public vote for all-star islanders was opened. Ola won this vote and as such entered the villa late into Day 5 as a bombshell. On Day 8, Ola was told that that evening she'd be able to choose a boy to couple up with and as such she made the decision to couple up with Adam, leaving Claudia single and dumped. At Day 11's second re-coupling, Ola was re-coupled with by Wojtek. For the third re-coupling on Day 16, Ola decided to get back together with Kamil A. For the fourth re-coupling on Day 21, Ola chose to re-couple with new bombshell; Jakub. After Casa-Nowy on Day 29, Ola was able to remain coupled with Jakub. However later at Day 31's sixth re-coupling, she was re-coupled with Kamil J. Ola, at Day 33's seventh re-coupling decided to re-couple with Michal. After the re-coupling, it was revealed that the couples would each have to vote for the couple they thought were least likely to maintain a relationship. Ultimately both Ola and Michal received the most votes from their fellow islanders and as such the pair were dumped together in 7th place.

Ola entered the villa on Day 3, as a late entrant. There she was coupled up with new boy; Bruno. For the first re-coupling on Day 6, Ola decided to re-couple with Andrzej B. However for Day 10's second re-coupling, she was re-coupled with by Adrian. For the third re-coupling on Day 17, Ola was re-coupled with by Andrzej B. On Day 19 however, Ola was chosen to be coupled up with by new boy; Szymon and as such meant that Andrzej B was left single. During Day 23's fourth re-coupling, Ola was able to stay coupled to Szymon. Ola was made single on Day 26, when Szymon was voted out by the public. Post-Casa Amor on Day 31, Ola decided to re-couple with new boy; Dawid during the "Stick or twist" re-coupling. For the sixth re-coupling on Day 33, Ola stayed coupled with Dawid. Later on Day 37, it was revealed that both she and Dawid had received the least amount of public votes to win and as such were dumped together in 5th place.
