Nina entered the villa on Day 1, where she was coupled with by Joey. At Day 5's first re-coupling, she was chosen to be coupled with by new boy; Francesco. At Day 9's second re-coupling, Nina re-coupled with new boy; Deniz. For the third re-coupling on Day 12, Nina was able to stay coupled to Deniz. After the Casa Amor twist on Day 17, Nina decided to couple up with new boy; Paulo during the "Stick or twist" re-coupling. For the fourth re-coupling on Day 20, Nina was able to stay coupled with Paulo. For the sixth re-coupling on Day 24, Nina decided to stay coupled with Paulo. At Day 26's final re-coupling, Nina chose to once again stay loyal to Paulo. For Day 31's finale, Nina alongside partner; Paulo came out together as the third place finishers.
