Megan entered the villa on Day 2, as a bombshell. There it was revealed that during the previous night she had selected Steph to couple up with and as such this meant that she had to go up against Jess in a duel. Ultimately Megan was able to win this duel against Jess with a final score of 3-1 and in turn was allowed to couple up with Steph. Later on Day 4, both Megan and Steph found themselves in the bottom 3 couples thanks to the results of the "Most wanted" game, with the majority of the safe couples then choosing to vote Steph out of the villa, leaving Megan single. At Day 5's first re-coupling, Megan was chosen to be coupled with by bombshell; Kyra. However during the evening of Day 9, due to medical circumstances Megan was forced to pull out of the show. |

Megan entered the villa on Day 8, as a late entrant, before coupling with Eyal on Day 10. She stayed with Eyal till Day 25, when he was dumped from the villa thanks to a public vote. She later met with Alex M on Day 26 as a part of the Casa De Amour twist and re-coupled with him on Day 30 as a part of the "Stick or Twist" re-coupling. On Day 33, she ended up in the bottom three couples, alongside partner; Alex M, but was then saved by singleton; Wes, who decided to re-couple with her. The pair remained together, till the finale, where they came out in 4th Place. |

Post Love Island[]

After Love Island, Megan moved in together with Wes into a flat in Camden and held a strong relationship till December, when she made fun of Wes while he was getting a piercing done, all down to his then upcoming appearance on Dancing On Ice. When talking about Wes's appearance on DOI, Megan remarked that she had thought he wouldn't look manly, much to the chagrin of DOI professional; Matt Evers.
During Wes' DOI stint, Megan supported him by going to the live shows and visiting him during his training each week. However her relationship with him also began to crack during this time, as Wes was getting close with his DOI professional; Vanessa. Bitter, Megan decided to end her relationship with Wes in February.
Megan after her stint on Love Island, made several TV appearance on shows like This Morning and Victoria Derbyshire. Megan also made a cameo on DOI, where she appeared as a supporter in the audience for Wes Nelson. Megan took part in various games shows such as The Big Fat Quiz of the Year in 2018 and Innuendo Bingo with Chris Hughes in 2019.
In May 2019, Megan raised awareness for breast cancer becoming a part of the line-up for the All-New Monty; Ladies Night, before later that month being signed up for the upcoming season of Celebs Go Dating, alongside former-LI Co-star Jack Fincham. Megan is also a representative for several fashion brands, being an ambassador for Pretty Little Thing and partnered with Avon for their nudes campaign.Media[]
