Like its international counterparts, Love Island Czechia & Slovakia features a group of young and attractive boys and girls living together in a luxury villa, where they would have to couple up with one another in order to stay on the island. Throughout the show new islanders would enter the villa in order to test the couple's loyalties to one another and re-coupling ceremonies where islanders would be able to swap their partners would arrive periodically through the duration of a season. Any islanders who are left without a partner at the end of one of these would be dumped/eliminated from the island.
Couples would also be tasked with taking part in a variety of different challenges that are set to help test various different aspects of the couple's dynamics, as well as their general loyalties to one another. At the end of the season, the last couple left standing would be declared the winners of both the season and the cash prize.
