Leo entered the villa on Day 1, where as part of a twist "Stick or twist" re-coupling, he was coupled with Kassy. During the first re-coupling on Day 5, Leo chose to re-couple with Anna. For the second re-coupling on Day 11, Leo was able to get back together with Kassy. After Casa Amor came to a close on Day 21, Leo made the decision to re-couple with bombshell; Johnnie for the "Stick or twist" re-coupling. Leo, at the final re-coupling on Day 27 was able to get back together with Kassy. At the finale on Day 32, it was revealed that both Leo and Kassy had finished together as the runners-up.
