Kevin entered the villa on Day 1, where he was chosen to be coupled up with by Destiny. On Day 2, Kevin was chosen to be re-coupled with by bombshell; Enya, meaning Destiny was left single. For the first re-coupling on Day 8, Kevin was able to remain coupled with Enya. Kevin, at the second re-coupling on Day 29, chose to remain loyal to Enya.
