Katerina entered the villa on Day 17, as a bombshell. There she was told that that night she would be able to couple up with a boy of her choice. In the evening, Katerina made the decision to couple up with George S leaving Niki single and dumped. Later on Day 20, both she and George found themselves in the bottom 2 couples of a public vote and as their fellow islanders failed to save George, it meant that Katerina was left single. On Day 21, Katerina was given the opportunity to choose a boy of her choice to couple up with and she chose fellow single islander; Pana. Later at Day 24's third re-coupling, Katerina chose to re-couple with bombshell; Fanis, leaving Pana single. Later at Day 29's fourth re-coupling, Katerina chose to get back together with Pana. However thanks to a twist introduced by host; Iliana, Katerina was forcibly re-coupled with Alexandros. Later on Day 31, it was revealed that there would be a surprise final re-coupling and as such Katerina made the decision to get back together with Pana. On Day 35, both Katerina and Pana found themselves in the bottom of a public vote for the most popular couples, with it then being revealed that they had polled the fewest amount of votes and as such were dumped from the island together in 6th place.
