Karolina entered the villa on Day 1, where she was chosen to be coupled with by Adam. For the first re-coupling on Day 3, Karolina decided to re-couple with bombshell; Bartlomiej. For the second re-coupling on Day 8, Karolina was able to remain coupled with Bartlomiej. During the third re-coupling on Day 13, Karolina made the decision to stay coupled with Bartlomiej. At Day 18's fourth re-coupling, Karolina chose to re-couple with Albert. On Day 22, both Karolina and Albert found themselves dumped from the villa together. However thanks to a twist public vote, the pair were later allowed to return to the villa on Day 26 as a part of Casa Amor. After Casa came to a close on Day 29, Karolina was chosen to be re-coupled with by Armin for the "Stick or twist" re-coupling. At Day 32's sixth re-coupling, Karolina was chosen to be re-coupled with by Rafal. During Day 34's final re-coupling, Karolina made the decision to remain coupled with Rafal. At the finale on Day 40, it was revealed that both Karolina and Rafal had finished together in third place.
