Joshua starts his TV career in 2020 with the 4th season of "Love Island". At that time, he has a clear idea of his dream woman and believes he has found her in his couple Chiara. But his feelings are not reciprocated. Even on the second attempt in the villa, there is no happy ending.
Today he himself says: "The sweet, innocent Joshua no longer exists". Between "Love Island", "Are You The One" and "Ex on the Beach", not only has his body changed, but also his view of closeness, trust and control.

Josua entered the villa on Day 1, where he was chosen to be coupled with by Jennifer. During the first re-coupling on Day 4, Josua was chosen to be re-coupled with by Lisa. At Day 8's second re-coupling, as Lisa chose not to couple up Josua was left single and was dumped from the villa.

So far, love at first sight has not happened to me, I think it takes a while for me to fall in love. But maybe it will happen when the right one is in front of me.

Did you follow the last few seasons of "Love Island"? Which of the former Icelandic women would be your favorite?
I would have liked Melissa very much with her sweet nature, even though she wouldn't look my type at all. I also liked Asena visually.
What was your favorite moment on Love Island?
When Mischa stripped, I found that very funny.
How would you rate your reputation for dating and relationships? How would you e.g. Describe women / girls from your life?
People might say of me that I'm jumping from one relationship to the next because I rarely stay single for long.
Why are you single?
I regretted the last breakup and didn't look for a new partner at first.
How loyal are you to other men? Would you cheat on a friend for a woman you would like to have?
I am always 100 percent loyal!
What makes you jealous?
I'm very jealous. What makes me simmer is when my girlfriend goes out to party alone. I prefer to go with you and know that if there is something I will be close by. Unfortunately, an ex-girlfriend cheated on me once in a club, and I've been very jealous ever since.
What was the worst date you ever had?
My worst date was with a woman who unfortunately had very bad breath.
How far do you go on the first date? What is an absolute no-go for you?
I don't have sex on a first date. I also think that you can wait a bit with the first kiss, but that depends on the situation.

One year and nine months.
What kind of relationship are you?
I like to spend time with my partner, but it doesn't have to be every day either.
What type of woman do you get weak immediately?
I get weak with women who are blonde, tall and petite, with a great bottom.
What attracts you more in women, good looks or charisma?
Of course, I pay attention to the outside, but when a woman has nothing on her mind and you can't talk, I find it very unattractive.[2]

Josua entered the villa on Day 1, where he was decided to couple with Chiara. During Day 5's first re-coupling he decided to stay coupled with Chiara. For Day 12's second re-coupling, Josua decided to stay coupled to Chiara once more. At Day 16's third re-coupling however he was re-coupled with new girl; Sandra. On Day 20, the islanders were tasked with voting anonymously for both the couples they thought were on the show for love and those that were on it for the competition. In the end Josua alongside Michele ended up at the top of the "in it for the competition" vote and as the pair wasn't saved, they were dumped together in 13th place.
