Josefine entered the villa on Day 1, where she was coupled up with Jonas. For Day 8's first re-coupling, she decided to re-couple with new boy; Kasper. Later on Day 15, it was revealed that Josefine had received the fewest amount of public votes in a public poll and as such was dumped from the island. However on Day 33, Josefine returned to the villa after being given a second chance by the producers. For the final re-coupling on Day 37, Josefine was able to get back together with Kasper. At the finale on Day 42, Josefine alongside partner; Kasper came out together in 3rd place.
