Jamayma Verhoeve is 24 years young and lives in beautiful Scheveningen.
She trained as a stylist at the B Academy and in 2018 made her way through her droo by opening her own clothing webshop, called Upper East: The Label.
Meanwhile, Jamayma also earns her living as an assistant sales assistant at NIKKIE. Her big example is fashion and clothing icon Nikkie Plessen.
But on Love Island, Jamayma of course mainly looks at what's in the clothes (as far as the gentlemen are already wearing clothes, except for a swimsuit).
"I like a few more confident guys. I always say: appearance shines, but inner determines."
At first Jamayma focuses on Deniz. "So far, I think he's the one who grabs me the most in terms of looks.
I don't usually fall in love quickly, but once I'm in love, it's very quick," she laughs.
In her spare time Jamayma likes to take the plane to admire other beautiful places in the world.
For example, she is already allowed to cross off Dubai, Ibiza and Paris: three locations that are not unknown territory for the average influencer.
Because breaking through as an influencer would be nice, but of course this South Holland beauty comes to Love Island mainly for true love. Let's hope she's going to find it too![1]

Jamayma entered Casa Amor on Day 14, as a late entrant and as a part of the Casa Amor twist. Post Casa Amor on Day 17, Jamayma was unable to couple up during the "Stick or twist" re-coupling and as such was dumped in 13th place.
