Twenty-year-old Jaap de Greef was born and raised in Hoevelaken, in the province of Gelderland.

However, he studies in the capital of our country, at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, to study commercial economics.

Jaap also founded his own company while studying, called De Greef Dutch Trade Center.

He writes about this on the website that it is a "digitized company, consisting of several webshops and marketplaces.

“I get a lot of attention from women and I also like to be in the foreground and in the spotlight.

I really enjoy that. ” However, Jaap did not find the one yet, but he is confident that it will be all right on Love Island.

"When women see me, they always think 'gosh, he looks good', but once they start talking to me they also think: 'he has the beauty and the brains'."

Jaap entered the villa on Day 12, as a late entrant. During the second re-coupling on Day 14, he was able to couple up with Sha. He stayed loyal to her during the third re-coupling on Day 22. However later on Day 29, it was revealed that alongside Sha, he had managed to receive, the lowest amount of public votes and were therefore dumped together in 9th Place.
