Isabelle entered the villa on Day 1, where thanks to a public vote she was coupled up with Burak. However for the first re-coupling of the season on Day 4, Isabelle decided to re-couple with Ikenna. For Day 8's second re-coupling, Isabelle was able to remain coupled with Ikenna. Isabelle remained loyal to Ikenna for Day 14's third re-coupling. During the fourth re-coupling on Day 19, Isabelle was to stay coupled with Ikenna. On Day 24 after feeling ill, Isabelle had to leave the villa to seek medical treatment. Later on Day 29, Isabelle returned to the villa, to announce that she had to leave the show on medical grounds.
