Heat Strips a beat was the sixth challenge from the fourth season of Love Island Australia, airing November 30th,2022.

Introduction[]
In this challenge the boys were pitted against the girls and were tasked with trying to raise the heart-beats of their opposing teams. To do this the teams took it in turns, having to dress up in sexual costumes and put on a seductive performance, while the opposite team are hooked up with heart-monitors.
Once each team had finished the challenge, the results would be read out, revealing whom raised the heart beats of the different islanders the highest. The team that managed to raise the highest heart-rates at the end of it would be declared the winners of the challenge.
