Heart Rate was the fifth challenge from the ninth season of Love Island UK, airing February 7th,2023.

Introduction[]
For this challenge, the boys and girls were split into 2 teams based on gender and were tasked with trying to raise the heart rates of the opposite team's members, that'd be measured through a heart-rate monitor. In order to accomplish this, each member of both teams would have to choose a sexy costume to wear, before performing a dance of their choosing, in an attempt to raise their partner's heart-rates. In the end the team that managed to raise the most amount of hearts would be declared the winners of the challenge.
