Flex Appeal was the sixth challenge from the sixth season of Love Island USA, airing June 28th,2024.

Introduction[]
In this challenge, the boys were tasked with taking part in a gym-themed obstacle course. To start off the course they'd need to perform a strip-tease atop a platform, before then sliding down the pole. They would then need to go and lift a weight, before heading to the ice-bath. Upon doing so, they would need to read out a statement and choose another boy who they thought it best suited.
To do this they would need to knock down a sign with said islander's face on it. To finish off the course, the boy would need to select a girl of their choice to take into the sauna and snog. Ultimately the girls would determine the winner of the challenge, based on who they thought pulled off the best performance.
