Eilish entered the villa on Day 12, as a late entrant. During Day 15's third re-coupling, Eilish decided to couple up with Giuliano. At the fourth re-coupling on Day 18, Eilish was re-coupled with Gianni. However after Casa Amor on Day 30, Eilish discovered that she had been made single during that day's "Stick or twist" re-coupling, after Gianni chose another girl. Later during the final re-coupling on Day 35, Eilish was able to get back together with Gianni. During the finale on Day 42, it was announced that both she and Gianni had come out as the runners-up.
