Pocket rocket Dani is a girl that just wants to have fun. “A lot of my friends say I bring the best one-liners. I don’t think before I speak and say silly things,” she reveals.

Dani is still ready for battle though, and is confident that the Girls will triumph, telling us: “Females are the stronger sex. Mentally definitely, females know how to deal with our emotions more whereas men keep it in.”

The bubbly barmaid is hoping to make a home from home in The Lodge. “Everyone is going to have their heated moments but I want everyone to be friendly and warming and try to be a family.”

She’ll be keeping The Lodge spotless, as she admits her biggest fear is mess, telling us: “I love having things organised in certain areas. I hope everyone is clean!”

Is there anybody that she doesn’t get along with? “I want someone who will give as much as they get and have a laugh rather than be obnoxious or look down on you.”

And when it comes to the guys, the East London babe says: “A Boy who gets off on the competition and gives it the lair and makes you feel lower because you are a girl, that would upset me.”

21-year-old Dani is attracted to a guy “who has the chat”. But any potential partner will have her famous father, Danny Dyer, to impress. “When I first told him [about the show], like any dad, he had his protective hat on and said, ‘Don’t do anything silly.’

“Now he is getting it and he said, ‘It feels real now and I’m so proud of you.’ He knows the person I am and he is really excited and it’s nice to have that support at home.”^[2]

Post-Love Island[]

After Love Island, Dani alongside her partner; Jack Fi moved into their own flat together in August 2018. Throughout the months after LI, the pair filmed their spinoff show; Jack & Dani:Life After Love Island, up until December 2018, where in the midst of an argument with Jack, Dani made an announcement on her Insta-story that the pair had split.

However, in January of 2019, the pair re-kindled their relationship, with Dani admitting that she had messed up, not realizing how important their relationship was to Jack. In April of the same year, Dani and Jack officially broke up, with Dani getting back together with one of her previous exes; Sammy Kimmence.

In the summer of 2018, Dani and Jack started filming and recording their own three-part reality show for ITVbe. Dani would also take part in a celebrity edition of Gogglebox, alongside her father for the charity; Stand Up to Cancer in October of the same year.

For Comic Relief in 2019, Dani took part in a climb up Mount Kilimanjaro alongside a group of other celebrities, such as Little Mix's Jade Thirwall and Leighanne Pinnock. Her and Jack's RTV show also aired on ITVbe as a 3-part special during January of the same year. Dani also made a variety of appearance on ITV's breakfast shows, such as Good Morning Britain and Loose Women during these years.

In October 2019, Dani became the presenter of the second season of True Love or True Lies on MTV.
