Dan entered the villa on Day 1, where he was coupled up with by Leonie. During the first re-coupling on Day 8, Dan was able to remain coupled with Leonie. On Day 21, it was revealed that single islanders; Hugo & Lorie had been tasked with ranking each of the couples with the pair placing Dan and Leonie in the bottom. However as part of a twist, it was announced that as the pair had been ranked last both Dan and Leonie were dumped from the island in 15th place.
