For the second re-coupling on Day 19, Casey chose to remain coupled with Gabby. At Day 26's third re-coupling, Casey chose to remain loyal to Gabby once more. At the finale on Day 36, it was revealed that both Casey and Gabby had been voted as the winners of the season. |

As one of the latest bombshells, Casey at Day 18's third re-coupling was able to choose first and as such he made the decision to couple up with Kaz. Later during the fourth re-coupling on Day 23, Casey was chosen to be re-coupled with by bombshell; Eve. On Day 28, both he and Eve were revealed to have been voted the least popular couple by the public and were as such dumped together from the villa in 7th place. |

Casey entered the villa on Day 17, as a bombshell. For Day 21's fourth re-coupling, Casey was chosen to be re-coupled with by Lana. At Day 24's fifth re-coupling, Casey decided to re-couple with bombshell; Claudia. Post Casa Amor on Day 32, Casey made the decision to stay coupled with Claudia for the "Stick or twist" re-coupling and as Claudia made the same decision, they were able to remain together. During Day 40's seventh re-coupling, Casey was chosen to be re-coupled with bombshell; Rosie. On Day 51, both he and Rosie ended up in the bottom 3 couples of a public vote for the most popular couples. It was then revealed that the pair had received the least amount of public votes and therefore were dumped from the villa together in 6th place. |
