Callum entered the villa on Day 1, where he was chosen to be coupled up with by Liberty. During the first re-coupling on Day 5, Callum made the decision to remain coupled with Liberty. Later for the second re-coupling on Day 10, Callum was able to remain coupled with Liberty. However later on Day 12, in a surprise reshuffle Callum was re-coupled with Justine. At Day 14's final re-coupling, Callum chose to re-couple with bombshell; Deb. At the finale on Day 17, Callum & Deb took part in the "Mega-duel" and as the pair received the least wins in the duel, they were dumped from the game, therefore finishing together in third place. |

Callum entered the villa late into Day 2, as a bombshell. At Day 5's first re-coupling, Callum as one of the 2 latest bombshells was given the opportunity to couple with a girl of his choice and as such he chose Layla. During Day 9's second re-coupling, Callum chose to remain loyal to Layla. Later on Day 14, Callum was chosen to be re-coupled with by bombshell girl; Vakoo, leaving Layla single. Later at Day 17's third re-coupling, Callum chose to re-couple with Maddy. Later on Day 21, Callum was made single after he, Al and Jordan chose to vote her off after she'd been voted into the bottom 3 girls of a superfan vote. During Day 22's fourth re-coupling, Callum was chosen to be coupled with by bombshell; Tina. On Day 24, Callum was chosen by bombshell; Hugh to couple up with his sister; Maddie, leaving Tina single. Callum, during Day 26's final re-coupling was able to stay coupled with Maddie. For the finale on Day 30, both he and Maddie came out together as runners-up for the season. |
