He's had two girlfriends before and now it's time for lucky number three! Whoever she is, she can expect a very special gesture when they make things official. "The most romantic thing I've done is asked a girl out with candles. I laid out across the garden 'will you be my girlfriend?' in candles. I got her to look out the window and see it on the grass. It took an hour to set up!" he says.
Billy's been single for a year now, and is ready to get back in the game. So, what his strategy when it comes to charming girls? "Make them laugh. I bounce off of what I see or what they say. I am good at reacting and just going with the flow," he says.
And boys, cover those toes, because Billy isn't afraid to step on them. "I'm very competitive in anything I do. Whatever it is, I always want to win. This is about winning the girl I want," he says. Ooooh, we love a bit of fighting talk!

Billy entered Casa Amor on Day 26, as a late entrant and as a part of the Casa Amor twist. After Casa Amor on Day 31, Billy was chosen by Tasha to be re-coupled with during the "Stick or twist" re-coupling. Billy, during Day 38's sixth re-coupling decided to re-couple with Danica. Later on Day 44, it was revealed that Billy had ended up in the bottom 2 boys of a public vote for most popular boy and as the safe girls didn't decide to save him, it meant that he was dumped from the island, therefore finishing in 9th place.
