  • Why Love Island and why now?
    • It seems like something to have a go at. Of course, you can’t go wrong trying to find that love again - that is something that would be amazing to find if possible. I don’t really like being outside too much, I’ve been outside recently and it’s not fun outside! I do prefer to be indoors chilling with that person I can do stuff with. It would be nice to have that with somebody again.
  • What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?
    • I think I’d bring excitement and joy. I think people would have someone to come to and talk to and feel comfortable being around or to have a laugh with. I think I’m somebody everyone would take to.
  • What makes you a catch?
    • I feel like the way I carry myself is very respectful and I think people take to that and once you show who you are to somebody you get it back tenfold. The way I am gives off a good enough energy for people to feel comfortable around me.[1]

Ayo entered the villa on Day 1, where in a twist he took part in a ranking game. The girls chose to rank Ayo in 4th place in terms of boyfriend material and as such this meant that he was coupled with Patsy, who had been ranked in the same place by the boys. At the first re-coupling on Day 5, Ayo was chosen to be re-coupled with by bombshell; Uma. On Day 8, Ayo was chosen to be re-coupled with by single girl: Mimii. At the second re-coupling on Day 11, Ayo was able to remain coupled with Mimii. For the third re-coupling on Day 16, Ayo chose to stay coupled with Mimii. For the fourth re-coupling on Day 22, Ayo was able to remain in a couple with Mimii. Post Casa Amor on Day 31, Ayo made the decision to re-couple with bombshell: Jessica S for the "Stick or twist" re-coupling. For Day 40's sixth re-coupling, Ayo was able to remain coupled with Jessica S. For the final re-coupling on Day 47, Ayo chose to remain loyal to Jess S. At the finale on Day 58, it was revealed that Ayo and Jess S had finished together in 4th place.
