Arwin, or "The Love Doctor", as he calls himself, was born and raised in Stockholm. About six years ago he got a job offer in Oslo, and since then he has been living in the capital. There he works as a general practitioner, but also deals with cosmetic procedures such as Botox and fillers.
He is also the only doctor in Norway to offer Vampire Breast Lift, a treatment where the patient's blood is injected into the breasts to highlight them.
Arwin is a washed-up romantic, who dreams of finding a girl he can pamper.
It is important to have a woman with ambition and who has goals in life. There are probably many who say it, but it is important to me. I like girls with a nice smile, who are happy in life and who are not laid back, explains the 32-year-old.
Although he lives by decorating women's looks, he claims that he is not very superficial when it comes to the opposite sex.
I fall for natural girls. I don't like when girls have done too much with the body. Everyone does what they want with their bodies, but even I fall for natural girls with a healthy body. It's important, he says.[1]

Arwin entered the villa on Day 1, where he decided to couple up with Bruna. During the first re-coupling on Day 5, Arwin was re-coupled with Viktoria. However at the second re-coupling on Day 12, Viktoria chose not to stay with him and as such he was dumped from the island in 13th Place.
