There are many lovely ladies in the villa so I don't think it will be a problem to find someone I like right there. There are several there that I can have a good chemistry with, he says, without mentioning any names.
Andreas actually signed up for last season's Love Island, which aired on TV3 in 2018, but ended up refusing it. When he was contacted again this time, he decided to join.
This time it was perfect timing, so there was no reason for me to say no, he says.
He has been through a difficult period for the past six months, he says. During a holiday trip to Turkey last summer, he broke his arm and it put him out of play for half a year.
I broke my arm in a pretty brutal way. I was going to break hands with someone and then the upper arm snapped across. It was extremely painful. I was plastered in the hospital in Turkey, but I took the first flight home to Norway, he says.
Andreas had to operate a plate from the elbow to his shoulder, and he was sick for three months.
Then he had just started a company together with some friends who sell intoxicating equipment. In addition to having to put the job on hold, it ruined the damage to his training.
The shape had never been better than it was that summer, and I never lifted as heavy as I did then. I trained ten times a week, and I wanted to show that through fitness competitions, he says.
He was going to focus on fitness last fall, but the injury put an end to it.
After I broke my arm, I tried to work out, but I struggle with motivation. I'm never going to be 100 percent good in my arm again, so it sucks, he says.[1]

Andreas entered the villa on Day 10, as a late entrant. During the second re-coupling on Day 16, Andreas was able to couple up with Oda. However a couple of days later it was revealed that he and Oda had been voted into the bottom 2 couples of a public vote, then finding out that they had polled the fewest amount of votes and were therefore dumped together in 15th Place.
